Do we need to change our existing tools?
Not necessarily. I begin with your current tools and recommend changes where they address a clear delivery problem.
Is this an audit or an implementation service?
It can be either. An audit provides findings and a plan. A setup engagement also includes agreed configuration, integrations, a pilot and handoff.
Will agents deploy without human approval?
We define approval boundaries together. Human review points reflect the risk of each change.
How do you validate the workflow?
We run a representative engineering task through the process, inspect the output and checks, and document gaps before handoff.
How long does it take?
